BC Systems operates a 22,000-square-foot facility in historic Setauket, 60 miles east of New York City—the town where George Washington's spies helped turn the tide of the Revolutionary War.

We design and manufacture switching and linear power supplies, along with power control products, using the latest technology and innovative packaging to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions. We specialize in lightweight, compact, high-power-density supplies for military airborne applications, and we are recognized experts in 3-phase PFC. For decades, our reputation has been built on consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Our History

BC Systems was founded in 1985 by Gus Blazak and Art Charych as a way to provide their expertise in power systems to the US military.

Since their passing, other longtime BC Systems leaders took the helm and successfully steered the business into its next phase of growth. Today, under Amca’s ownership, with significant, additional engineering resources and capital, BC is now ready to meet the rapidly changing and growing power supply demands for the warfighter.
