About Our Company

BC Systems is located in Setauket, Long Island, approximately 60 miles east of NYC. We currently employ a staff of over 50 professionals, 30 percent of which are concentrated in engineering disciplines with the remaining staff supporting manufacturing operations. We have been supplying quality products since 1985.

BC Systems, Inc. designs and manufactures Power Supplies, High Power RF Amplifiers, Control Systems, and Power related products for Military and Commercial ground, air and shipboard operations. Our company provides products to major aerospace firms such as BAE, Boeing, EADS, Lockheed/Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, Telephonics, United Technologies, and the United States Government. Our typical product applications are used in military and commercial computers, communication systems, radar, aircraft, ships and missiles.

Our Power Supply Line covers multi output AC to AC, AC to DC and DC to DC units with output power up to 30KW.

Our High Power RF Amplifiers range from frequencies of 1 MHz through 6 GHz in various power levels ranging from 10W to several Kilowatts.

We also offer EMI Filters, Voltage Regulators, Power Monitors as well as Control products such as Time Delay Relays and Switches.

We are certified by Underwriters Laboratories to ISO 9001:2000. Our customers can be assured that all of our products meet this standard of excellence.

The facility houses Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Accounting. We have in-house pick and place capability. Our facility also has an EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) Test Chamber, Thermal Environmental Chambers, and Vibration equipment to fully test and evaluate our products to ensure the highest level of quality and performance.

Our products are designed to meet safety and compliance standards including: MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-454, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-1399, and MIL-STD-2000.
